Asary is an independent project to document and track the USD to Libyan Dinar exchange rate, both the official and the parallel rate, on a daily basis.

The site aims to provide an open, structured, citable reference for rates and their time history, useful to researchers, importers, and observers of the country's economic conditions alike.

The site is not affiliated with any bank or official body, does not display promotional ads for any money changer or financial party, and does not accept paid promotion requests. The site owner reserves the right to revise the methodology at their discretion, with any material change documented on the methodology page.
